JobTarget is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Solutions Manager to join their team and help expand their customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the recruitment marketing and OFCCP compliance solutions industry.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the recruitment marketing and OFCCP compliance solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of the subscription-based business model.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
