Requirements
- 12+ months’ experience in iGaming support
- Native or near-native Swedish, with excellent written communication
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Experience working with the SGA
- Understanding of basic KYC procedures
- Strong computer literacy
- Customer-first mindset, responsible and reliable
- Good communication and listening skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
