Job Description
The Administrative and Financial Manager will supervise general and auxiliary accounting, prepare audits, develop cash flow budgets, and control interest and bank fees. They will also ensure compliance with tax and legal deadlines, implement an internal control plan, and lead the Finance/Accounting/Admin team.
Requirements
- Master 2 in finance, accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of significant experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in cash management
- Strong experience in financial controls and audits
- Good knowledge of applicable fiscal laws in free zones
- Experience in team management
- Rigorous, reactive, honest, organized, reactive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capacity
- Proactive, with a process optimization and cost reduction approach
- Ability to face pressure, adaptability
- Sage and Gescom software mastery
