Job Description
JOBI is seeking a Head of Residential Works Manager in Seville to oversee the design and personalization of homes. This role involves supervising works, controlling quality, analyzing defects, managing budgets, and coordinating with subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential Works Management, with a focus on control and efficiency in the execution of personalization projects.
Requirements
- Reporting to the Head of Area of Personalization
- Supervise and control ongoing works and deliveries of materials
- Analyze and review quality of work for potential issues and handover to Post Sale
- Coordinate and supervise interior design budgets
- Monitor project certifications and follow up on incidents
- Plan and control construction company trades and resolutions
