Staff Software Engineer (Remote - Europe)

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer in Europe to drive technical excellence across the full stack, deliver high-quality, scalable software, and take ownership of complex systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Expert proficiency in Typescript and Python
• Deep knowledge of modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong experience in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and performance optimization at scale
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, virtualization, and modern database technologies
• Deep understanding of agile development and rapid iteration methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills
