Staff Security Engineer - Privileged Access Management

We are looking for a Staff Security Engineer – Privileged Access Management (PAM) to secure and optimize critical access systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will have technical depth and strategic insight, allowing them to shape security architecture, improve operational efficiency, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant security engineering experience and 10+ years of IT experience
• Deep expertise with IAM/PAM solutions such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, or similar
• Strong understanding of security architecture, engineering principles, and MITRE TTPs
• Proven ability to automate security processes and measure PAM operational effectiveness
• Experience managing approved software via PAM solutions and operating tools across endpoints, servers, and cloud environments
