Senior Product Designer (Remote - US)

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform. The role involves leading design efforts across multiple product teams, iterating quickly, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Figma and possess experience with AI-enhanced workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual craft, and end-end product problem-solving.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Fluency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate design iteration.
• Deep understanding of systems thinking and pattern-based design; Salesforce design experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with technical constraints and APIs, collaborating with engineers to create scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with usability principles, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
• Self-starter with a continuous desire to learn and grow, and a strong sense of ownership.
