Senior Product Designer (Remote - Europe)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive and inspiring digital experiences at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and human interaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products across web, mobile, or AI-powered environments
• A portfolio demonstrating clarity, creativity, and systems thinking
• Proven experience designing AI-assisted, agentic, or adaptive experiences
• Familiarity with gamification and rewards design
• Mastery of Figma, design systems, and component-based workflows
• Background or interest in fintech, DeFi, trading, or web3
• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas and aligning cross-functional teams
