Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on project experience in Salesforce implementation or configuration
- 3+ years working with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Strong understanding of customer service and contact center operations, including solving complex use cases
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Platform architecture, custom applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders
- Experience with release management, application lifecycle, and deployment best practices
- Client-facing experience in pre-sales, discovery, solution design, and enterprise application architecture
