Project Manager- New Construction (Remote - US)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee large-scale new construction projects from inception through completion. In this role, you will manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up, large-scale high-rise residential projects.
• Experience with office, government, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or multi-family projects is a plus.
• Experience managing projects valued from $50M to $80M+.
• Strong coordination, subcontractor management, budgeting, cost control, and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Prolog, Primavera 6, Textura, Blue Beam, and AS-400 (JD Edwards).
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical activity onsite, including walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating construction environments safely.
