This role provides the opportunity to lead the development and launch of innovative lending solutions that improve the financial experiences of millions of consumers.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in lending, loan origination systems (LOS), digital account opening, or credit onboarding at banks, credit unions, fintechs, or vendors
- Proven experience launching LOS or adjacent capabilities with measurable results
- Strong documentation skills, stakeholder leadership, and auditor-friendly habits
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
