Principal Product Manager, Devices Engineering

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading hardware or connected device products from concept to launch.
• Proven success managing full product lifecycles, with strong ability to define product strategy grounded in customer insights and business objectives.
• Deep understanding of hardware and software development processes, including firmware, mobile integration, and manufacturing considerations.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience owning metrics like margin, attach rate, retention, and subscription conversion.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for improving the lives of users through connected device technology.
