Principal AI/ML Engineer - AdTech

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science
• 3–5 years in a principal or lead ML role
• Expertise in building distributed systems and data pipelines
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Go for backend services
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Strong background in big data and streaming technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
