Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Expert (Consultant) to drive qualified traffic and user sign-ups for a fast-growing AI startup. The role involves auditing and optimizing existing acquisition channels, designing and executing cost-efficient campaigns, identifying new growth channels, and implementing A/B testing. The ideal candidate has a B2C growth experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in B2C growth or performance marketing
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube campaigns
• Experience with funnel optimization, A/B testing, and marketing analytics tools
• Demonstrated ability to lower CAC while maintaining high retention and LTV
• Data-driven, autonomous, and highly execution-focused
