Job Description
Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Expert (Consultant) with B2C growth experience to drive qualified traffic and user sign-ups. The role involves optimizing existing channels, designing new campaigns, and implementing A/B testing and data analytics. Success will be measured by improving CAC/LTV ratios and user growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2C growth or performance marketing
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube campaigns
- Experience with funnel optimization, A/B testing, and marketing analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to lower CAC while maintaining high retention and LTV
- Data-driven, autonomous, and highly execution-focused
