We are seeking a dedicated IT Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCTS, or Microsoft MCSA/MCSE/MCITP are preferred.
- Familiarity with Help Desk practices, ticketing systems (e.g., Spiceworks), and remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems (7, 8, 10), VPN, Active Directory, and multi-function printers (HP, Canon, Ricoh).
- Basic understanding of networking, Telecom, and VoIP technologies.
- Strong customer service skills, team collaboration, and adaptability to different work styles and personalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
