This role is for a Head of Product Strategy and Operations in the United States, responsible for driving product strategy and execution. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in B2B SaaS with experience in product strategy, product operations, or product management.
• Proven ability to plan portfolio investments and quantify outcomes.
• Expertise in operational cadence, including OKRs, QBRs/MBRs, release governance, and risk/dependency management.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• High data fluency.
• Experience driving cross-functional execution.
