Frontend Tech Lead (Remote - EU)

We are currently looking for a Frontend Tech Lead in the European Union. The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring engineers, shaping the frontend guild, and influencing long-term technical decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in building and optimizing large-scale SPAs with attention to performance, accessibility, and design fidelity
• Experience contributing to backend systems (Python/Django/FastAPI, AWS, data pipelines)
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, influence architecture, and align teams on engineering standards
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers, providing thoughtful feedback, and guiding career development
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
• Forward-thinking mindset with awareness of emerging frontend trends, tools, and best practices
