We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams working on core web applications and strategic third-party integrations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and mentoring high-performing software engineering teams (2+ years preferred)
- Strong full-stack technical proficiency, including Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, React, and modern frontend frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 integrations, Graph APIs, OAuth 2.0, and cloud technologies (Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time while managing dependencies and prioritizing work streams
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical initiatives with business outcomes
