Data Analyst (Remote - US)

We are looking for a Data Analyst to collaborate across departments, design and maintain reports, and provide analytics to support strategic decision-making. The role provides exposure to enterprise reporting tools, self-service analytics, and regulatory reporting requirements, and offers the opportunity to directly impact organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience (3–5 years)
• 2–5 years of experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau, SSRS, or similar enterprise reporting tools
• Knowledge of star-schema data modeling and ability to write complex queries and stored procedures in MS SQL Server
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills to build rapport with stakeholders
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside of normal business hours as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to perform all work remotely within the country
