Conversational Designer (Remote - US)

We are seeking a creative and strategic Conversational Designer to shape intuitive, human-centered interactions across chat and virtual assistant platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or voice interface design
• Hands-on experience designing for IVAs, chatbots, or other conversational platforms
• Strong knowledge of conversation principles, psychology, accessibility standards, and natural language understanding (NLU)
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging conversational language
• Experience with dialog flow tools, prototyping platforms, and conversation mapping
• Ability to create personas and characters that resonate with target audiences
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
• Passion for human-centered design and leveraging technology to simplify complex interactions
