We are looking for a Brand Designer in the European Union to craft visually compelling brand identities that resonate across digital and physical channels. The role involves combining creative strategy with hands-on execution, leading workshops, defining positioning, and translating concepts into engaging visual systems.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on design and brand-building experience in agencies, startups, or freelance environments
- Strong portfolio of brand identities, campaigns, and digital-first design work showcasing conceptual thinking and executional craft
- Proven experience in brand strategy processes including positioning, workshops, and frameworks
- Familiarity with digital validation methods like A/B testing, user feedback loops, and campaign pilots
- Proficiency in motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Forward-looking mindset tracking design trends, culture, and technology shifts
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Notion, Slack, Trello/Jira, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Typeform, Looker Studio, MidJourney, Runway, Spline, ChatGPT
