AI Engineer (Remote - US)

Jobgether is hiring an AI Engineer to develop advanced conversational AI agents and generative systems for consumer-facing applications. The role involves building production-grade AI solutions, optimizing interactions, integrating with vector and graph databases, and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with strong programming skills and hands-on experience with LLM-based systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building agentic systems, multi-tool chatbots, and LLM-based applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like ReactJS and NextJS.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM development, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and chatbot systems.
• Experience with vector databases and graph database systems (e.g., Neo4j/Cypher).
• Strong background in designing and executing AI evaluation frameworks.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of independent research and problem-solving.
• Excellent English communication skills.
