We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to oversee the recruitment and management of a large, temporary workforce at our client site. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the client, managing a team of coordinators, ensuring smooth payroll operations, and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an account management or operations role, ideally within the recruitment or temporary staffing sector.
- Experience working within the e-commerce or logistics sectors is desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Solid understanding of payroll and HR processes, along with knowledge of labour regulations.
- Knowledge of recruitment technology and management software is desirable.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
