Requirements
- Contacting prospects from a provided database to create interest in the company's services and arrange appointments
- Scheduling appointments directly in the advisor's calendar
- Turning cold leads into warm leads by building interest and trust with potential customers
- Supporting sales efforts by preparing the customer for the advisor's visit and increasing the chances of signing a contract
- Reconfirming appointments with customers one day before the scheduled visit
