Requirements
- Handling customer calls, emails, chats, and technical support
- Working in Salesforce (registering conversations and responding to emails)
- Independent research on information on various platforms
- Preparing escalations according to agreed procedures
- Following rules and procedures
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Participating in training and executing tests on the LMS-platform
- Supporting the OMS-platform
- Working with higher levels of support and reporting problems
- Solving problems with difficult customers
