Dansk VIP Account Manager – Limassol

We are looking for a Danish VIP Account Manager to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have a mother tongue level of Danish and fluency in English. Experience with customer support is a plus, but not a must. The role involves handling VIP customers' inquiries, monitoring customer performance, and performing outgoing sales calls.

Requirements

• Speak and write Danish at a mother tongue level
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Experience with customer support (not a must)
• Basic understanding of and skills in handling computers
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Outgoing and willing to talk to people
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal relationships
• Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities, duties, and tasks
