Custodian

This position is a part-time Janitor / Custodian role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitary conditions and appearance of the building or building complex. The job requires physical dexterity, fine and gross motor ability, and ability to follow written or oral directions. The incumbent must be able to pick up and move objects weighing 50 lbs. or less and perform routine and periodical cleaning tasks unsupervised.
