We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer (Arabic Speaker) to play a pivotal role in driving our talent strategy across the region. This is a hands-on recruitment position, ideal for someone who excels in building strong talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and creating engaging recruitment campaigns that attract top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in financial services, fintech, or investment industries.
• Previous experience recruiting in the MENA region, with strong knowledge of local labor markets.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
