Direct Support Professional - Specializing in Transitional Support
High school diploma or GED, written and spoken English, prior experience a plus, basic computer skills, sensitivity to people with disabilities, ability to provide physical supports if necessary
Supported Employment Counselor
BA degree or equivalent experience, experience supporting people with developmental disabilities, excellent communication skills
