Requirements

• Proven experience in managing high-level horse ranches, livestock farms, or equestrian facilities.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of horse care, breeding, nutrition and veterinary procedures.
• Experience in maintaining ranch infrastructure and pasture management.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operating costs.
• Practical approach and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
