Job Description
JMAC Lending is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead their company's compliance efforts and ensure adherence to all federal, state, and investor regulatory requirements. This role involves managing compliance systems, providing guidance to staff, and driving process improvements to minimize risk and support business objectives. Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in mortgage compliance management
- Deep understanding of federal and state lending regulations (RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, TRID, AML)
- Strong knowledge of agency and investor guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading compliance audits and interacting with state regulators and investors
- Experience with compliance management systems and licensing platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
