Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager specializing in Sustainable Building design & construction to join our Sustainability Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management or energy efficiency, and a strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for managing industry-changing projects, interacting with clients and vendors, and developing collaborative solutions.
Requirements
- 3-6 years' experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management or energy efficiency
- LEED AP, WELL AP and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred
- BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field with strong record of academic achievement
- Experience with embodied carbon / sustainable material specification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects
