Job Description
JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Construction Crew Leader to provide daily direction and coordination for a specific group of Construction Crew Technicians. Responsibilities include overseeing assigned crews, ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality, performing on-site work and operating heavy equipment, and managing equipment maintenance. The role involves customer interactions and team leadership.
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license
- 5 years of direct Construction/Heavy Maintenance experience in the Petroleum Industry
- 5+ years of experience as a Team player, ability to operate jack hammer
- Computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
