Job Description
The JCC of Staten Island seeks an energetic and experienced Basketball Instructor to join their Sports & Recreation team. The role involves leading youth basketball programs with a focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, creating a fun and inclusive environment that supports the physical and social development of all participants.
Requirements
- Prior experience coaching or teaching basketball (youth preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and positively engage children and teens
- Availability on weekends and/or after-school hours
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
