Babysitter

Babysitter position at the Jewish Community Alliance, responsible for caring for children in a temperature-controlled Child Care Room. Must be certified in CPR/AED and First Aid, have excellent human relations and communications skills, and be able to follow directions and relay information to others.

Requirements

• CPR/AED and First Aid Certified
• Ability to speak grammatically correct with clear language and comprehensively understand language when spoken at a normal speed
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read, write and comprehend the concept of time
• General intelligence and decision-making skills
• Must exhibit a strong interest in working with children
• Excellent human relations, communications, member service skills
• Cooperative and friendly attitude
• Ability to exhibit enthusiasm for the job and the JCA
• Creative thinking, implementation and promotion of new and existing programs
