This position is responsible for leading the HQ standards team and ensuring compliance with defined standards, as well as planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to the quality of service of International Airports.
Requirements
- Develop policies and standards in airports, ensuring excellence in services
- Ensure and optimize the standard of airport processes, guaranteeing operational safety and punctuality of flights
- Design and implement efficiency initiatives in airports, reducing costs and improving customer experience
- Develop policies for the management and training of suppliers, evaluating and managing the quality of products or services provided by third parties
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all airports where we operate, ensuring that the organization complies with regulations and standards, avoiding fines and penalties related to airports
- Select the respective airport suppliers, guaranteeing the established standards, meeting the objectives, goals, and KPIs assigned to international airports
- Control and manage operational contingencies in coordination with different areas of the organization for international airports, ensuring operational continuity and reducing passenger impact and complaints
- Establish solid relationships with government entities, airlines, and other airport stakeholders
- Ensure that financial resources are used efficiently and effectively
