Physical Therapist

Trio Home Health, a member of Jet Health, is seeking a full-time, part-time, or PRN/Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide PT services to patients in the Decatur, TX area. The role focuses on providing patient-centered care, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy
• Current State license as a Physical Therapist, or a multi-state license issued by a state member of the National Physical Therapy Compact (PT Compact)
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical care setting
• Experience in Home Health, geriatrics, or medical-surgical preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation with valid and current auto liability insurance
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
