COME101: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The Community Engagement Business Development provides leadership, direction and planning to identify, reach out to and engage with Middle Schools of interest that could benefit from our afterschool STEM programs for underserved middle school Girls.

Requirements

• Partner with the Data Analytics team to identify Schools of interest that could partner with JerseySTEM
• Research schools, identifies stakeholders (School admins) and locate their contacts
• Assign schools to Area Managers and agree on targets/goals for the outreach
• Partner with Area managers to call on schools identified as targets
• Participate in the COME leadership team activities
• Conduct/Attend virtual team meetings weekly
