HR Generalist, Canada

The HR Generalist is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations support for employees across Canada and global locations. This role manages end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, ensures accurate HR data within UKG, and provides high-quality support to employees and managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience, preferably in a multi-region environment
• Hands-on experience with UKG or a comparable HRIS platform
• Experience with HireRight or similar background screening systems
• Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance within Canada and global regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM an asset)
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
