Job Description
JELD-WEN is seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd shift to join their growing team. The role involves managing and implementing production operations, adhering to established processes and KPIs, providing leadership to team members, and maintaining plant facilities. The supervisor is responsible for proactive development, performance management, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- B.A. or equivalent from a college or equivalent experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and personal accountability.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic computer knowledge.
- Manufacturing experience and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (preferred).
