We are looking for a Sales Service Representative to support the smooth processing of customer offers. The role involves independent processing and care of customer offers, telephone consulting, and professional written communication with customers. The ideal candidate has a HTL/HAK graduate or completed commercial or technical apprenticeship/further education, good technical understanding, and a high customer orientation.

Requirements

• HTL/HAK graduate or completed commercial or technical apprenticeship/further education
• Good technical understanding and willingness to acquire knowledge in the door area
• First experience in offer processing desirable
• High customer orientation
• Communicative personality with very good organizational skills
• Precise working style and team skills
• Very good MS Office user knowledge, Salesforce/Microsoft AX an asset
