Requirements
- 5+ years of FP&A leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in multi-country or manufacturing environments
- Skilled in data analysis and comfortable with large datasets
- Familiarity with financial systems (OneStream, HFM, Hyperion) and ERP platforms
