Business Development Representative Italy (Performance-Based)

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to support our Head of Growth in scaling commercial traction in the Italian market. You will work side-by-side with the Head of Growth, supporting outbound sales, lead qualification, partnerships scouting, and early-stage client relationships. This is a hands-on role for ambitious, execution-focused profiles who want to grow inside an AI-native environment and directly impact revenue.

Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, sales, or similar commercial roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in speaking with decision-makers (B2B environment)
• Ability to work with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent)
• Structured mindset: follow-up discipline, pipeline hygiene, documentation
• Interest in AI, digital products, or innovation-driven environments
