Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will provide overall direction and leadership for complex projects and/or multiple projects, implementing and managing project outcomes, profitability, and administration. The position will lead all aspects of the company's safety culture, manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated success in executing multiple large or complex commercial construction projects and/or leading multiple project teams
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects with a value of $50M+
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs
- Ability to travel and/or relocate
