Job Description
JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Estimating Engineer to assist with complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals. The role involves participation in the construction and estimating process, development of professional skills, and contributing to the understanding of building processes. Autonomy and decision-making skills are essential, with potential for career advancement to an Estimating Manager 1 position.
Requirements
- Perform quantity surveys of materials.
- Read and outline project specifications.
- Maintain an audit trail of quantity surveys.
- Support vendor/subcontractor pricing/bid solicitation.
