Job Description
JE Dunn is seeking a Project Manager 2 to provide overall direction and leadership on moderately complex projects, or portions of large construction projects. The role involves managing project activities from start to finish, including safety, preconstruction, construction activities, and oversight of budget, schedule, and project finances. Autonomy and decision-making capabilities are a core aspect of the position.
Requirements
- Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture
- Manages prestart checklist, quantity takeoff, trade coordination, bid package development, and schedule development.
- Coordinates subcontractors, owners, field, design team, and vendors.
