The Human Resources Summer Student will support the HR team with day-to-day operations, employee programs, and ongoing HR projects.
Requirements
- Support HR documentation, filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records
- Participate in HR projects related to engagement, training, and policy updates
- Help coordinate employee events and wellness initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
Benefits
- Hourly wage: $19.50/hr to $21.15/hr
