HR Client Services Co-op Student - Winter 2026

As an HR Client Services Student, you will work as part of the HR Shared Services Team, located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in HR and exposure to a large, dynamic organization.

Requirements

• Be the first point of contact for employees by email and phone—answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
• Support HR processes including benefits, payroll, and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Use HR systems and call tracking tools to manage inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and participate in initiatives to enhance service.
