Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Federal Contracts Manager to join our team. The Federal Contracts Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing the full federal contracting process, including supporting pre-award proposal development, leading negotiations, contract execution, and monitoring post-award contract compliance, through contract closeout.
Requirements
- Lead negotiations for all corporate contractual agreements
- Collaborate with Capture, Service Delivery, and Finance teams
- Cradle-to-grave management of all prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements
- Work closely with leadership on drafting corporate policies and processes
- Provide oversight of all contract administration
- Ensure all Contract Briefs are updated for each contract modification
- Update and continuously monitor the Document Tracker
- Work closely with Finance and Service Delivery on completing contract closeouts
- Serve as primary point of contact for all contract related matters
